The young surfer girls, Molly Tuschen and Coral Schuster, embarked on a morning strike mission to Lowers, Trestles, in search of the south swell on May 22nd, 2023. Both Molly and Coral are seasoned professionals who have competed in numerous contests on the QS series. While Coral hails from Florida, she was in San Diego to visit her close friend Molly. Upon hearing about the impending firing swell at Lowers, they swiftly made the decision to embark on a scenic coastal drive.
Arriving at Lowers, the anticipation was palpable as the duo prepared to take on the clean waves. Molly and Coral had honed their skills through countless hours of training and intense dedication. The excitement of riding the renowned surf break fueled their determination. With boards waxed they eagerly paddled out into the surging ocean, ready to score some great rides.

The Lowers lineup is known for some fierce competition due to all the experienced professionals out there. Both Molly and Coral are used to that and were able to catch a few of the sets. They picked off some of the lefts and rights coming through the inside section. The young talented surfer girls made sure to the maximize the waves they did catch.
